Everything is brand new from the flooring, paint, furniture, decor, and newly constructed lavish bathrooms. The unit has 1 dedicated parking space but ample parking is available immediate to the unit. Perfect location for couples, families, and all tourists with access to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach.

This property was exactly as described and just perfect for our family of 5! Its about 2 blocks from the boardwalk/ocean and Belmont Park. Lots of places to eat nearby and only about 15 minutes to the downtown area.We had one small issue during our stay, but the host responded super quick and had it resolved!The space was neat, clean, and all towels and linens were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, and entertainment. Comfortable furnishings, all the amenities in the kitchen. Great overall!
