Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Astbühel" 280 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 1.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 7.5 km. Gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: guarded residence. The owner lives in the same residence.

We stayed here for 1,5 week in June and highly recommend it! The apartment is very comfortable and the view from the terrace (incl. lounge chairs) is such a bonus. We spent all mornings having breakfast there and sat outside at night to overlook the valley and mountains.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom and good bedroom. The owner is very friendly, he checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was okay. We had an absolutely great stay, danke sehr!!

Fijn ruim huis met groot terras. Alleen jammer dat er vanaf een uur of 2 daar geen zon meer is. De trap voor onze hond van 35 kg was een dingetje ivm artrose issues. Voor de hond uitlaten niet de meest ideale plek, maar op de lange steile oprit naar de 3 huizen te doen. Je zit gelijk aan de doorgaande weg waar best hard wordt gereden. Stukje rijden voor boodschappen. Verder lekker rustig en mooi uitzicht. Een goed uitgerust appartement.

Les points forts: la vue et la terrasse avec beaucoup d'espace et 3 chaises longues pour se reposer. Les points faibles: la cuisine et la salle bain peu spacieux et sans fenêtres. Je déconseille d'y aller plus qu'à 3 car le canapé lit n'est pas top.
