A very pleasant and bright 150m² villa that charms with its light-filled, spacious rooms—perfect for vacations with family or friends, and ideally located for golfers.
Our property is located in a very quiet, leafy residential neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, on a 1,000-square-meter lot with a secure, heated 7-meter by 3.5-meter pool. Large covered terrace equipped with a plancha grill and lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. Petanque court.
Small playground for children nearby.
Electric shutters (centralized opening), secure parking for 3–4 cars and bicycles.

Close to the shops in downtown Seignosse Bourg, the Black and White Ponds, the Seignosse Golf Course (5-minute drive), and the Hossegor Golf Course (10 minutes), as well as the beaches (Penon, Bourdaines, Estagnots, and Caserne—all 10 minutes away).
Another perk: the bike path just 3 minutes away lets you ride freely to downtown or Lake Hossegor, the beaches of Seignosse, and the Pedebert business park, where you’ll find, among other things, factory outlets for top surf brands, clothing and home decor stores, a wine shop, a produce market, and an organic grocery store (https://www.pedeberthossegor.com/commerces/)

You’ll find plenty of information about forest hiking trails, numerous bike routes along bike paths, surfing activities, and a free shuttle to the beach on the website:
