Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.

Spent one week winter holidays here. The lodge is situation on a little hill in the woods at a scenic lake, so the location is already great. Opportunities to shop groceries etc. are only a few minutes away, so there is a good balance between relaxation in solitude and "going to town".
The lodge itself is spacy and equipped with everything one needs. The sauna and the oven are especially nice during the winter time.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
Would definetly go there again!
