Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Ahlesbrücke" 800 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 19.8 km. The house accomodated 12 people, each dormitory with its own bathroom, it was very clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of glasses and plates and for the dishwasher, we were provided with plenty of tablets. The trash was picked up every day.
The ski bus station is far, reacheable only by car.
Overall, a great experience, we plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay here! Hosts are very welcoming and willing to help with everything they can. Rooms are good size and the view is amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the wet room has plenty of space to dry your ski/snowboard boots and equipment.
