In the district of Moosberg 2 km from the centre of Öblarn, 8 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 29 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: large garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Niederöblarn Murbergerweg" 2.4 km, railway station "Öblarn" 2.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. A four-bedroom house with a 2 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom layout. Each bedroom has a sink with a cabinet. There's a bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs, as well bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. This wasn't a problem for our group of 10. The toilets don't have a sink, so you have to run to the bathroom or bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Good communication with the owner. The house is spacious, so with 10 people, it doesn't feel crowded. And the views are priceless.

Very beautiful view on Grimming. Clean and warm home. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Host very helpful.
Steep road from Oblarn to Moosbach, After snow during the night the road was sprinkled with something that make correct adhesion.

We had a wonderful stay in this rental home with our family over the Christmas holidays. The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage and wardrobes, which made our stay very comfortable.
The cozy living area was perfect for relaxing together, and the large, well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable. The property is beautifully located, offering a peaceful and pleasant setting.
