We had a girls trip of two sisters and two preteen cousins. We had a fun filled time in OKC during the Independence Day week. The home was as described. The temperature was good for us Sotuhthern girls. The home was well stocked, everything functioned well, and communication with the host was great. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated that it didn’t take long for the water to heat up for showers. Three showers back to back and it held up fine.

Comfortable, well-maintained home in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Much of the original details are preserved, without lacking modern amenities. The host was easy to get in touch with throughout the stay, even checked in after a particularly bad storm. He made sure there were no surprises. The bit of history of the house was interesting. The house is smack in the middle of The Gatewood District, which was super convenient for dining at the wonderful restaurants in the Plaza District just a short walk away, or driving to/from the airport and access to Downtown, and minutes to major roads in every direction. I would gladly stay here again the next time I’m in OKC.

This was the cutest house ever!! Very close to eating and shopping. Monte and Jan could not be better hosts if they tried!!! Highly recommend this house if you’re heading to OKC!!! Thanks again Monte!!

This is the perfect place to stay and you should book it now. We used to live in the OKC metro and were back in town for a couple graduations. This house was everything we needed, and more. Everything was clean and there are tons of supplies to make your morning, afternoon, and evening delightful. Monte was an awesome host and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the property. There are a lot of plants in this house, which helps make it very cozy and feel like an actual home instead of a “flipped” house rented out by a Vrbo host. We will return here again and again every time we come “home,” because that’s exactly how this property makes us feel: at home.
