Come make your own family memories at our family lake house! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located on Lake Hartwell. Enjoy our Large Dock with boat slip, Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle boat & Hot tub. You will have some of the best views on the lake. Come watch the sunset over the lake on Sunset lane! We are within walking distance to JARRET BOAT RAMP which has parking area. Our driveway is large enough for vehicles and your boat trailers as well.
This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has queen bed. The bunk room has 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bathroom with tub/shower combo is between the bedrooms. The den has a comfy leather couch & love seat with 2 recliners each. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the bar. There is a table with 6 chairs on the screened porch plus a small table with 4 chairs.
There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and the den. WE HAVE STREAMING & HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we do not have cable TV. We subscribe to ROKU channel. You can sign in to your own apps to watch on the TVs. At Roku Home Screen choose 'Live TV' for local news channels.
This property is just a short drive to local attractions. We are 20 minutes outside of Anderson, about 30 minutes from Clemson, 20 minutes from Hartwell GA, and 50 minutes from down town Greenville SC.
Go to WELCOME GUIDE (then click on tab for AMENITIES, then OTHER) for listings of restaurants on the lake and nearby restaurants, local stores, boat rentals, guided fishing tours, fishing supplies & local attractions!
We have a 3 burner Char-broil gas grill, bring your own gas tank or use ours and refill as needed.

We had lots of fun boating, tubing, and swimming. Excellent location on Lake Hartwell. Home was well-furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ping pong was lots of fun as well. We absolutely loved our lake house vacation!

This was our 3rd summer vacation at this wonderful home. Cindy is so kind and helpful, she makes it a very easy process. If there ever was an issue, she gets it fixed and communicates well. Our family feels like this is our traditional summer vacation for as long as possible! The views are beautiful, great fishing spot, and the walk down to the dock is easy especially for older family and small children and the swimming area is perfect for tanning and our littles to swim! We absolutely love it here! I can not say enough about how much we enjoy our peaceful home away from home here.

Overall, a great experience. Got to relax and catch some fish too! This was our second time here and both times have been great. Hope to come back sometime this fall.

No screened in porch. Porch fans were broken. Grills were unuseable. Dead trees that presented danger. Fell directly on the path to the dock. Had to purchase my own grill. Minor setback but a good place over all.
