Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!
PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.
ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Effective July 1, 2025 the county has raised the innkeepers tax from 5% to 8%.

Fantastic location! So close to the shops and restaurants, yet nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, mini fridge very nice, and bathroom very clean. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Location was great. Disappointed that seating was uncomfortable, shower curtain moldy at the bottom and needs replaced. Had to buy paper goods due to lack of ample dishes/utensils. Microwave, Keurig, and small fridge left no way to cook anything. Restaurants in town mostly closed on Mondays. Key code lock was only lock on door. Would prefer inside dead bolt so no now could walk in . Bathroom door had no lock and was across from outside door with clear glass window.

Lamp with bulb missing in the "kitchen." Light switches missing. Ceiling fan was noisy. Electric candles did not work. TV lagged and was difficult to negotiate. Stains on the ceiling. Artwork falling out of its frame by the door. Bathroom mirror falling apart at the top edge. Bathroom drawers had loose and mismatched knobs. Steps leading up to the suite were decrepit. Dirt around the floor boards. Very disappointed. My ratings were generous. Would not stay here again.
