Spanning over 4,384 square feet, this luxurious home features five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, including two master suites with king beds, two guest bedrooms, and a bunk bedroom with six XL twin beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The ambiance of Timber Top Lodge is warm and inviting, with a blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, featuring a gas fireplace that adds a touch of warmth and comfort. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. We had a great stay overall! Our leadership team rented the cabin for a work retreat, and it worked very well for our needs. There were plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the large gathering area provided an excellent meeting space with comfortable seating for team discussions. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals for everyone.The hot tub was a nice amenity, although it wasn't fully operational during our stay. While that was a little disappointing, we still appreciated having it available.The only downside was that the home had a noticeable pet odor, which detracted somewhat from an otherwise very nice property.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider renting this cabin again for future leadership meetings. It provided a comfortable and functional space for our team.

The house was very lovely but a little expensive in the off season. Not knowing it was the off season, and a lot of businesses and activity were closes or had shorten time and days being open. It had a pretty view of the sunsets over the mountains. Very easy to get to the small towns in the area.We had several questions about the oven and the clothes dryer, and they were answered very quickly. A subjection would be to make it handicap assessable with bars in the shower. They get slippery when wet.

Timber Top Lodge was the perfect location for my 30th birthday ski trip. The home was gorgeous and comfortably fit my group of 15. There were endless games and activities for the group and the kitchen is VERY well stocked. We truly had a wonderful time.
Something to note: the shuttle stop is about a 10-15 min walk away and all uphill when returning. Just something to note incase this doesn't fit the needs of your group. My group was fine with this and found it convenient!
