The location was amazing, we did not know about the Summer Festival before we booked and ended up able to see a lot just from our balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Charles and his friend Stephan were so helpful with any questions. The only "complaint" that I might have is that the towels are way too small and I am not a big person. Definately would stay there again!

The apartment was spotless. Many morning necessities such as tea & coffee were in the cupboard. Standard appliances were in the kitchen. Very convenient to the Plains of Abraham, and several vibrant streets like Rue de Cartier. The host was instantly responsive, and very helpful. One thing to remember, upon entering the vestibule, the first thing one sees are a row of lockboxes for keys. The lockboxes are not how a guest opens the door. There is a keypad on the vestibule exit door. That's where a guest needs to put the entry code to gain access to the apartment.
