This duplex with a rounded shape facing the Mediterranean offers magnificent 180-degree panoramic views of the sea, beach, and port. The lower floor has the main bedroom (with air conditioning), which has a double bed and bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds combined. On the upper floor, there is a large and comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a pleasant balcony to enjoy meals outside, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
This amazing apartment is situated in a small complex on a fabulous spot right on the water's edge. Its location allows our guests to hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartments. You can also enjoy the large swimming pool within the complex and there is free parking available.
The beach is accessible via a footpath in just a 4-minute walk. Sitges' glamorous port is very close (a 7-minute walk) and offers a wide variety of bars, cafes, and fabulous restaurants. Downtown Sitges is a 15 to 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
Just 30 minutes away is the Fira de Barcelona, which hosts events such as the Mobile World Congress, Alimentaria, Construmat, and more. We speak English.

Our weeklong stay at tot gaviota exceeded all expectations. The property is gorgeous and well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The views and comfort level of the apartment were superior. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and we slept in the very comfortable beds with the doors wide open every night. The nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to walk to, and we were grateful that our fabulous host Ramon had provided beach chairs and umbrella. This is undoubtedly the very best VRBO stay I’ve been to, perfect 10! PS along with being very helpful with tips and advice, Ramon the host muscled a very heavy suitcase for us upon arrival and departure. Top notch human. Don’t hesitate on this one!

Everything was wonderful. The apartment looks just like you see in the photos. The view is spectacular the location is quite convenient. It's within a 15 minute walking distance of numerous restaurants there's also a very nice grocery store about a 20 minute walk away and it's about a 45 minute drive to Barcelona. A very nice Beach with a very good Beachside restaurant is less than 10 minutes away . Also for visitors who want to cook and house the kitchen is fully stocked which made it quite easy to prepare meals on site.Also the host Ramon was very attentive and helped greatly with the check-in and check out process. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 12 nights with my family. Great location in Sitges. Wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Ramón is a Responsive and generous owner/manager. The photos shared of the property are spot on. Several great beaches nearby. Short walk to restaurants at the Marina. 30 min walk into Sitges. Cheap taxi ride to the train station.

Our stay in Sitges was amazing! The views from both upstairs and downstairs are unreal! Ramon was so helpful and welcoming as well. The location is perfect, with beach access only a few minute walk away, groceries and town only about 10-15 minutes. We were staying with younger kids and the walk was very manageable. We look forward to visiting Sitges and area again soon!
