Our house is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac and is surrounded on two sides by nothing but fields.
The spacious apartment is on the first floor of the house, with direct access to the large, partially covered terrace and the garden.
The apartment has a separate entrance.
Both the terrace and the garden are available for the tenant’s exclusive use. Unfortunately, the awning shown in the photos is not fully functional and is therefore not available to guests. The fireplace shown in the photos is currently not usable.
Two separate bedrooms each have two single beds, which can also easily be pushed together to form a double bed.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop, and microwave.
