À propos de cette location de vacances
Magnificent apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator in Via Labicana, a few meters from the Colosseum, which offers a breathtaking view from all rooms, and a short distance from the Fori Imperiali and the Domus Aurea. Furnished with a modern and functional style, it consists of three comfortable rooms, two double rooms with a wonderful view of the Colosseum, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a balcony above the ruins of Ancient Rome, a large and bright living room with a beautiful view of the green park of Colle Oppio and comfortable sofas from which you can access to a beautiful balcony with a view of the Colosseum. The property includes a large modernly equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The facilities, which also include wifi, washing machine and dishwasher, and the exclusive and well-connected location, which allows a visit on foot of the Old Town, make it a perfect housing solution for a dream vacation in the Eternal City.

We loved how close it was to the colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. There are tons of restaurants and cafes near by as well. The apartment itself is clean and well kept and the communication with the owners was great!

We enjoyed our stay here! The proximity to the Colosseum is excellent. Beautiful views right from the apartment. Everything was just as described on the website. I especially liked having control over the A/C and heat. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street. There are several excellent restaurants in walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. If you are an American staying in this apartment, I would advise familiarizing yourself with European appliances before arriving. Or request demonstration upon check-in. Also, if you are not used to city noise, bring earplugs. There are loud sirens and restaurant patrons throughout the night. All in all, this was a great place to stay while visiting Rome!
