This fantastic 57 m² apartment with one bedroom is located within an extensive avocado and fruit tree estate in La Matanza de Acentejo. Tastefully furnished and very bright, it is the ideal accommodation for up to three people seeking a refuge in the heart of nature, away from overcrowded tourist centres. From here you can enjoy marvellous views of the sea on the north coast of Tenerife, in a comfortable, warm atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens.
The interior is designed to guarantee your maximum comfort, including central heating, safe and internet connection. The living room has a television with international satellite channels and a DVD player, integrating perfectly with a complete gas American kitchen. This has all the equipment necessary for your stay, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and various small appliances. Furthermore, if you are travelling with family, we provide a cot and high chair for your baby free of charge.
The dwelling is located in a lovely two-storey building and features its own furnished private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The plot is completely fenced and offers access to excellent communal areas shared only with the other seven apartments on the estate. You will be able to enjoy a fantastic heated communal swimming pool, a barbecue area for preparing outdoor meals and private parking.
Although it is located in a purely rural and peaceful environment, the estate stands out for being very well connected. Just two kilometres away you will have supermarkets and the centre of La Matanza at your disposal, as well as the bathing area of El Caletón. In a very short drive you can visit the black sand beach of Mesa del Mar or the El Peñón golf course, whilst Tenerife North Airport is situated at a comfortable 15 kilometres distance.

The apartment was very big and clean. We loved our own terrace near the pool where we could sunbathe and spent all afternoon. The view was amazing and so was the silence. We had a very relaxed holiday :)

We really like the place, the view & the pool.
We really would prefer a dish washer rather than a washing Maschine in the appartments. For the terrace a big table with 3 proper chairs were nice (we like to eat outside) and some chill out chairs/Sofa would be great for the wonderful big terrace.
As our child is getting older and taler the additional bed may get a bit unconvinient in near future. Maybe there are more robust one .....

Nos encantó ! El lugar , la casa , los appts , la piscina , la tranquilidad !!! Teníamos la piscina y el complejo casi para nosotros !!!
Es un paraíso ! Nos encantó todo! Esta muy bonito ! Siguen así con la decoración , el jardín y la huerta está genial todo! Muchas gracias por su simpatía ( de los empleados como del jefe )
