Welcome to Dauphin Charm, a spacious Gulf front retreat designed for unforgettable family vacations and relaxing days by the water. Located on one of Dauphin Island's highly desirable Gulf front through lots, this four bedroom home offers direct beach access, expansive outdoor living, and beautiful Gulf views with only one row of homes along this stretch of shoreline for a more private beach experience.

The heart of Dauphin Charm is its bright and welcoming open concept living area, where vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light create a spacious place for everyone to gather. Comfortable furnishings and sweeping Gulf views make it easy to relax after a day on the beach, while the open layout keeps family and friends connected throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals with ease, and the nearby dining spaces provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner together after a day in the sun. A convenient wet bar adds extra space for preparing drinks and snacks, making entertaining even easier.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
• SW Master Suite - King bed, private bathroom, direct access to porch
• SE Gulf Bedroom - King bed, Jack and Jill bathroom, direct access to porch
• NE Bedroom - King bed, Jack and Jill bathroom
• NW Bunk Room - One twin over twin bunk bed, one full over full bunk bed, private bathroom
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy, making this home a great fit for multiple families or groups traveling together.
Step outside and enjoy everything that makes Dauphin Charm special. The expansive wrap around deck offers both covered and open spaces where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy meals outdoors, or simply relax while listening to the waves. The observation area provides elevated Gulf views, while the outdoor sectional creates the perfect gathering place for evening conversations.
Private beach access makes spending your days on the sand effortless. Walk directly from the home to the shoreline for swimming, shell hunting, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. The outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach quick and convenient before heading inside.
This home is pet friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with their dogs. Dogs only, two pet maximum. A 100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - 100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

We have been coming to Dauphin Island since the 80's and discovered this house about 3 or 4 years ago. We will never stay any where else. It is worth the price. Dauphin Island has a lot more houses than it did in the 80's but this one still has its own large beach and hasn't been crowded in with 2 or 3 more houses. They make updates annually. This year they added a hot and cold outdoor shower, kitchen updates, and night lights in all the common areas. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We love everything about it.

This is an incredible property and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups that were disappointing, but are nonetheless likely to return again as I believe they were mostly coincidental. We had no Wi-Fi service for the first half of our stay (the wire had been cut) and had to wait quite a while after we got there to be able to go in after check-in time as they were not quite finished cleaning. I would have thought paying that much to stay that I would’ve been offered some prior notice of late check-in availability or compensation for the deficiencies, but no, so that was a little disappointing. The location is excellent and the kitchen is very well stocked. It’s very clean and baby friendly. We had a one year-old and a three year-old with us and brought two baby gates. It was very helpful to block the steps down from the deck to the sand. Anyone we met working with the rental company while we were there was very professional and attentive. Had there not been those 2 uncompensated glitches, definitely five out of five stars!

The house is located on the beach and has a beautiful deck to watch the sun rise and set. It is well equipped with any item you would need to prepare meals and has ample dining space.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! And so spacious! We had 27 people for a sit down Thanksgiving dinner. We brought some portable tables and lined them up across the center of the room for the buffet and didn’t even have to move any furniture out of the way. With the bar, dining room table, sitting area and deck table everyone had a place to sit - amazing!Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Lots of deck seating to enjoy the ocean view. We made wonderful memories and the whole family is already asking us to rent again for next Thanksgiving.
