"Can Micalo" is a completely renovated dwelling, with minimalist style, plenty of natural light and extensive outdoor spaces both facing the sea and at the back of the house where you will find the beautiful salt water pool (7m x 3m), with 6 loungers in a grassy area, a large wooden table and a furnished terrace also connected to the house, which will make your stay comfortable and pleasant.



It is a house located in the bay of Puerto de Pollensa, facing the sea, with impressive views of the beach and the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia.



The house features a living-dining room with a large sofa from which you can see the sea directly, thanks to the terrace and its large window. This spacious terrace is furnished with a table and armchairs to enjoy a coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise. Additionally, the living room is integrated with the kitchen, fully equipped and very spacious.



There are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. There is also a second independent bathroom with shower. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and wifi.



In short, Can Micalo is a highly recommended option for your vacation in Mallorca, as it has a privileged location, just a few meters from the walled town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy the famous weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Additionally, Pollensa Bay is famous for being an ideal place to practice water sports such as kitesurfing. A school is located just a few meters from the house.



Electricity according to consumption: 0.35 euros/kWh. From 2027 it will be included in the price.



Deposit: 300 euros/stay, to be paid by transfer with the second payment. Refund by transfer. From 2027 no deposit will be charged.
