Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances.
The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.
This 3 bedroom cottage has the size and amenities of a full sized house. There is a master suite with a king sized bed and an attached master bath with double vanities, a large tiled walk in shower, and a large closet.
The kids bedroom has a top bunk that is a twin bed and a full sized lower bed. There is also a twin sided trundle bed that slides out from the bottom of the bunk.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The main room has large windows and a great view of Mount Katahdin. There is room here to put two or more additional air mattresses.
There is a fire pit and a Traeger wood pellet grill on the side of the deck.
The dock is also a nice place to hang out. You can watch the little fish swimming next to the dock. The shallow cove makes it a good place for children to play in the water. The end of the dock has only 3 feet of water. Note that younger children and children that can not swim should always be observed near the water and be wearing life jackets.

This property is exceptional. The "CAMP" is new and immaculate. We loved the deck, dock, water and swim float. fire pit, huge birch trees, singing frogs, eagle sightings, loon calls, beautiful conifers and huge rocks...and that's just the outside! Inside is roomy and comfortable with perfect seating to take in the view of Mt.Katadhin from the front windows! SPECTACULAR!!! The kitchen was stocked with quality utensils and appliances. The beds were very comfortable! And the shower heads were heavenly! What can I say? MY FAMILY LOVED THIS PLACE!! (ps not too far from Acadia, Bar Harbor and very close to Baxter State Park)

Eagle View is a beautiful property - gorgeous mountain and lake scenery and a clean, comfortable house with amenities. Our host was readily available and easy to communicate with. Had the best time. Fall time is beautiful!
