Lovingly restored in 2023, this property is perfect for a quiet family getaway or entertaning a group of friends! The main floor features an open kitchen, formal dining room, cozy living room with fireplace, 4-seasons room and a pub/game room! Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - three with full en suite bathrooms! There is also an upstairs screened sunroom sleeping porch. Across from St. Paul Lutheran Church, the home is just one block from St. Ambrose University, The Outing Club and VanderVeer Park's iconic fountain and Conservatory. And it's just a short walk for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. Treat yourself to a stay at this one-of-a-kind property!

We stayed at the Adler home for a family wedding. Such a unique property! Plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the “speakeasy” bar. You can feel the history! Definitely recommend this house if you like something a bit different.

Beautiful home. Clean lots of room. The host was excellent. Checked on us to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely stay there again.

This historic home was PERFECT for our extended family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone and yet separation too. We enjoyed the back yard and living areas for visiting. The large dining table was great for card playing and eating. The kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well! It was interesting to explore the home and admire all the old charm details from that era. The location is easy to find and in a safe area. We were in town for a family reunion and will definitely stay here when back again next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The house was charming and had plenty of space for our group. The location was excellent. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. There were a few issues inside. The refrigerator had a leak and the house needed a deep cleaning to remove dust after the winter. The bathroom fixtures need some updating, particularly in the small back bathroom.
