This home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying an amazing beach vacation with your friends and family in beautiful LBI. This brand-new construction is located one block from the beach and located in a very walkable area of Surf City with restaurants, shops and miniature golf nearby. This brand-new home features five bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, 2 car garage, elevator, pool (open seasonally and can be heated for an additional charge), outdoor kitchen, TV & firepit and has over 3,500 sq ft of interior living space and offers first floor of living as it has been built above flood.
