The condo is currently for sale and showings may be scheduled during your stay. There are only occasional showings. If you do not want to allow showings, then please do not book this property. We will apply a $100 discount per showing, if we need to show the home during your stay.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1,600 sq ft single level condo (Unit 404) in Purgatory Lodge offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain. This is the best ski in/ski out location at the resort.

In September 2020, extensive upgrades were completed including new floors, all new bedding, all new furniture in the main living space, new 50" Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the main living space, ski boot and glove dryers, all new pots and pans, and more.
Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Club’s premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar. Purgatory Lodge also features private ski lockers for each condo as well as an assigned space in the heated garage for parking.

The Club’s upper floor, which includes some of the premium amenities, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and late spring). The Club's lower level (Pool, hot tub, and gym are open year-round).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
