Apartment located within a gated community, consisting of a living room and dining room, a kitchen (with direct access to the living room through a window cut into the wall), the master bedroom (with a closet), and a half-bath. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, an open-concept space that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features heating in the bedroom and studio, as well as a fireplace in the living room. Both the first floor and the first floor have balconies overlooking the valley and the sea. The complex features a swimming pool, a playground, and a communal barbecue area. Private, covered parking in the garage is free and accommodates a standard-sized car. There is also free public parking available near the property. It is located 300 meters from São Julião Beach, 8 km from Ericeira, and offers a walk to the beach, which is ideal for surfing or bodyboarding. Great position for exploring the many historic places in Sintra and the beaches/coast around Ericeira. Wonderful and very organised hosts made the stay a pleasure. They provided a folder with map printouts of good driving routes and brochures for the key places. Very quick to respond to maintenance issues. Highly recommended apartment.

Lovely place, lots of towels, good view, amazing Portuguese restaurant on the main road and the beach is so pretty.
Main surf schools and shops some distance away so check the map
We enjoyed relaxing, the hammock and the well equipped kitchen.
