Our family loved our week in this awesome home. The beach entrance is just a short walk and the pool is a major plus. The property manager promptly answered every question we had and was so helpful!!

We had a great stay at this terrific beach house, and loved Sunnyside and Rosemary Beach! We highly recommend this house, this host and this town!
The house is so very close to the beach access and the beach was pristine! The house was extremely clean, and importantly, it has a great living room for gathering with family, and separation between the bedrooms for your alone time!
The pool is shared with only four houses total, including this one so we often had it to ourselves! And it's right off your back porch so you choose: 5 steps to the pool or a super short walk to the beach!
The host Julia is terrific too! When we had a moderate problem, she engaged immediately to resolve it and was 100% focused on making our vacation unforgettable!
We already want to come back and this house is our first choice again when we do!

The home was as described. The host was available and very helpful. Beach across the street from the property was awesome. I most definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect. Beautiful and updated on the inside with plenty of space to accommodate 10 people. Located right across the street from beach access; maybe a 2 minute walk! Host was great throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be rebooking again soon.
