•For 30 nights of rent, the consumption of the energy bill will be charged extra.
•The tenant cannot sublet or rent the property.
* Cancellations for the Christmas holiday weeks (December 18 - January 4) require 60 days prior to arrival for a refund.
* Doors and windows must remain tightly closed when using the air conditioner; otherwise, condensation will form and the system will not function properly.
* Cancellation policies of the condominium:
100% refundable when cancellation is one month before arrival.

Our family had such wonderful stay in this condo! We couldn’t ask for a better host in Georgina! From the fresh fruit basket, to the completely stocked kitchen, there was nothing lacking! She was always available to answer questions and very responsive to our inquiries. Pictures do not do justice to the amazing views around this condo! Our family enjoyed lounging by the pool, buying drinks and food from poolside service (with very reasonable prices) and even watching a movie in the home theater down in the lobby! The gym was great too! Everything was within walking distance - Sam’s Club, Costco, La Comer, Walmart, Soriana, restaurants (highly recommend the food truck complex nearby). Places not walkable were a short Uber ride away! Couldn’t recommend this condo more highly!

Stunning apartment, perfect for our needs. The most amazing view on 3 sides due to the corner location. 4 amazing bedrooms- 3 with great views. The apartment is so well stocked with all one needs, tons of toilet paper, towels, kitchen supplies etc. Pool supplies and toys for the kids. The pool is the biggest I have ever seen, and hardly anyone in it, not crowded at all. Massive wading pool for the little ones, and a separate kids pool, all with beach views.Georgina is the best VRBO host we have ever had, she gave us a huge bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of wine, water, ice and beer in the fridge. Excellent communication, super responsive. I recommend this place 100% to anyone coming to PVR. We would definitely stay here next time we come visit.

This is an incredible gem of a place. Georgina was a very responsive host. The condo was clean and incredibly spacious for two families. The kitchen was stocked with many basics, fruit, beer, and wine. The views from this place were beyond incredible. The resort itself was awesome and there were plenty of pool chairs and space to never feel crowded. The pool was massive and our kids had a blast playing in it everyday. The gym was nicely equipped. Security was great and we always felt safe. The condo was also in a perfect location. Close to the airport, close to the Romantic Zone, and there were a lot of high end and delicious restaurants within a short walk. We can’t wait to come back next summer.
