Welcome to MARIA BEACH, a beautiful, fully air-conditioned apartment with balcony. Ideally located just 1 minute's walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and 2 minutes' walk from the pedestrian zone, this apartment plunges you into the heart of Nice's hustle and bustle, while offering a peaceful setting.
It comprises a separate kitchen, a living room with access to the balcony and a sleeping area cleverly separated by a partition, with a double bed. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a modern shower room with double washbasin and toilet.
Carefully decorated in a contemporary style to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was cosy, but spacious enough that we weren't crowding one another. The location can't be beaten!
It was quite noisy throughout the day and the evening due to some reconstruction work but that is not, of course your issue

L’équipe Nestor Jeeves est très réactive que ce soit en direct ou en ligne. De plus ils nous ont gentiment proposé un dépôt des clefs tardifs le jour du départ. Leur site est très clair et pratique. Enfin l’emplacement est un réel plus. Je recommande.
Un petit bémol concernant la taille du lit 2 places ainsi que les matelas trop mous.
