The house is adjoining the owners' house, with a ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, dining room, entrance hall, and WC.

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom/WC: "Lilas" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds + 2 single beds), "Coquelicot" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds), "Capucine" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds), and "Lavande" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds + 1 single bed).
