The high-quality built-in kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a radio and seating area. The spacious apartment features two bedrooms (one with raised beds) and one with a standard double bed (both beds have separate mattresses). Both bedrooms feature large cable LCD TVs, so that every guest can enjoy their well-deserved rest (separate sleeping arrangements are possible). The living room is also equipped with a large LCD digital TV, DVD player, stereo system, and an additional dining area. A crib and high chair are also available.
