The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.

What a beautiful location. This is truly beachfront. Luis' communication was timely and accurate. Check in and out was smooth. AC is only in the bedrooms, but with the ocean breeze, AC isn't necessary. Thank you for letting us enjoy your apartment!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent—the beach was right there, and restaurants were all within easy walking distance.The home was well stocked with beach supplies, including chairs and a cooler, and we appreciated having extra towels available. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and having two bathrooms was a great bonus, even for just the two of us. The air conditioning in the bedroom was especially appreciated and made a big difference in comfort.The highlight of the stay was definitely the deck. It was wonderful to sit outside, relax, and take in the ocean and beautiful view.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The apartment is very clean, has fabulous ocean views, and is a perfect place for a bestie trip! The host provided lots of information (check-in and suggestions) and made the process easy! We were very happy with the convenient location and would love to go back. No surprise he gets a perfect rating.

We had a great time and Luis was the best host. The view is beautiful and beach is almost private and all to yourself. The place had all you needed aznd was easy to get in and out of. Stores and resturants are walking distance. We really loved our stay.
