Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed.

Occupancy: Maximum of 9 guests.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

No Events: Parties or organized events are not permitted.

Photography: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Check-in/out: Arrive after 4:00 PM; Depart before 11:00 AM.

Requirements:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

A government-issued ID must be verified upon request.

1.Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this reservation is Firm. By completing this booking, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the strict cancellation terms specified at the time of booking, and understands that no exceptions to this firm policy will be made.
Service Fee: A 6% fee will incur for service fee.

Chargeback Waiver: By accepting this agreement, the Guest agrees that the firm cancellation policy and house rules are fair. The Guest explicitly waives the right to dispute legitimate charges with their credit card company (chargeback) for any issues that are covered under this agreement, its cancellation policies, or booking platform terms.
