Everything in the pictures and description is accurate and this is a nice place to stay. It has plenty of room and we were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Some say the second bedroom is small, but it worked for my 2 teenagers and there is plenty of room in main areas or outside for everybody to find space for themselves. For our stay it had 6 beach chairs and a few beach toys such as pool footballs and sand toys. It had 6 pool towels. The property itself is about 30 years old but it is very well maintained, which is something I value in properties. I saw grounds crews and others working every day and it is really in good shape. The unit itself was updated in 2023 and new flooring in 2026. The outside area is large and accommodating. The pool is much larger than I thought it would be and the pool area also appears to have been updated in the past few years. It contains a hot tub, loungers, and shaded tables and chairs on both the pool area floor and one level above it. There is a very nice water fall and river feature that runs down the middle of the property. When I saw the prices the resorts were charging per night (which start right across the street) this Vrbo is a good deal. The wifi works well and the washer and dryer are very new and is nice to clean clothes thru out the trip. Go ahead and book as I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Unit was perfect for our family stay on Maui. Conveniently located in Wailea area, close to beaches and shopping. Well stocked with all the necessary items. Will stay again on next trip to Maui

We were not told that the door to the primary bathroom was inoperable and therefore the four of us used the one toilet during our stay. We also had a guest above us with a balcony that looked into the primary bedroom. Keep your slider curtains closed!
