Older but clean and very convenient to beach

The place was nice, a little dated. Perfect size for our family of four. The family that stayed before us broke the stove so we weren’t able to use it. Overall it was a great time.

Check in was easy, but it really could have been avoided if parking passes were prepared in condo.
The condo its self was very dated. Was it efficient enough to stay in , yes. But could definitely use some updates. It smelled like cleaning chemicals when we first entered. But there was dust bunnies all over. The parking lot was pretty full at times and was a little tricky getting truck in/out of spots. The pool/hot tube area was nice.
The location was fantastic. The beach wasn’t busy at all and was great for a family of 6 to stay in. Short walks to pier and local restaurants/shops/ect. Overall we enjoyed our stay in GCB and the condo may not have been absolutely great, but it definitely had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach.
