A charming house set on a 6,000-square-meter property featuring a lawn and garden for exclusive use, as well as a cool pine forest. The house, built in the local architectural style, features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with new, high-quality cookware; a living room with a fireplace; 3 double bedrooms; a loft with a study and a sleeping area; a large game room; two bathrooms; and a convenient laundry room. The outdoor areas feature spacious relaxation zones, outdoor showers, an outdoor cooking area with a Sardinian oven for bread and pizza, and a fully equipped barbecue. Guests have access to 6 bicycles for short excursions around the island, as well as masks and fins for exploring the seabed.
A weekly supply of 50 Nespresso Ristretto coffee pods is included.
A selection of wines produced by the Cantina Sociale di S. Antioco—Carignano, Vermentino, and Vermentino Brut—is provided complimentary by the owner.
The Vermentino Brut, labeled A.D., will be served at the perfect temperature for your first aperitif at sunset!
Bed linens and towels are provided for guests, as well as single-use shampoo, shower gel, and soap from the Natura line—three packages per day for each guest.
For stays of two weeks, a linens change and a house cleaning halfway through the stay are included.
The water supply comes from an aquifer on the property.
The cottage guarantees complete privacy in a protected natural setting, nestled among vineyards and orchards, just 3 km from the town center, and offers a pleasant view of the Gulf of Palmas and Capo Teulada. It is located 700 meters from the unspoiled beach of Is Pruinis, accessible via a hiking trail, and just a few kilometers from all the island’s most beautiful beaches and coves, which are also easily reachable by bicycle.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Guests are responsible for waste disposal and must sort their waste very carefully according to the door-to-door collection schedule available in the house. Waste can also be dropped off at the municipal recycling center (Ecocentro), located near the Conad supermarket, 2 km from the house. Leaving waste inside the house or in outdoor areas is not permitted. If guests fail to comply with these instructions, they will be charged €100 at the end of their stay exclusively for paper, plastic, and glass, as paid staff must be hired to handle this task. Guests are always responsible for disposing of organic waste. Since this is a home surrounded by nature, we recommend not leaving food scraps or trash that could attract ants and other insects.
REFRIGERATOR
Upon check-in, guests will find the refrigerator turned on with a small supply of water and beverages. The refrigerator is sanitized before and after each stay. It is prohibited to leave food or beverages inside the refrigerator or freezer compartment.
