The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony and cable tv. Very few other condos have floor to ceiling windows like these. The view is spectacular. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed. The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

Snowbirds Special Rates Jan & Feb Available at Boardwalk one of the best Snowbird locations on the beach. Lots of planned activities and close to the Super Walmart.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children's play area.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

When checking in at guard gate they had no record of my reservation. So we had no parking passes or wrist bands. Had to pay again and to be reimbursed. Had all details on my phone. The lady at the gate was very busy but very pleasant. She got us checked in and taken care of. The elevator problems were also terrible. Long waits and not all elevators were working.

One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in, in the nearly 30 years I’ve been coming to PCB. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars was bc of the early check out.. 9am and we had the cleaning lady beating the door down at 8:15 then stood outside the door until we got all of our stuff out. Other than that, the condo was very nice, beds were pretty comfy and couch was nice. The pool was always nice and clean, the splash pad was great for the toddler and I love that there is always a security guard keeping guests in line and only allowing guests in the pool area. The tiki bar and grill as well as the corner market was great and convenient for a meal by the pool/beach, a drink ot a snack. Overall we had a great experience and hope to book again next year!!

The only problem was we didn't have hot water until maintenance came up and changed the water heater setting. That was a little rough.

Felt like I was constantly being interrogated about having a bracket. Security was to aggressive. Having to pay for bracelets to use the pool and pay a fee for parking was disappointing. Room was booked for 7 people and we were only given towels for half that. No coffee filters for coffee machine. Floor felt sandy when we checked in. Nice view and staff were on top of keeping common area clean.
