Exceptionally clean, comfortable 4 BR entire home located within minutes of Bay City State Park, Riverwalk, dining, shopping and entertainment. Wifi, private parking, fenced in back yard and enclosed porch. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of open space

It was a quiet clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The game room was not there and my kids were disappointed. The games had been removed.

We stayed at the home for a Robotics tournament at SVSU this past weekend. It was perfect. It was just as described- very clean and great location. Host was responsive to questions leading up to stay. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this home. I would return to this home if we are staying in the area.

We rented the property for six guests for my daughter’s college graduation. Unfortunately, the house only had one towel for all six of us, so only two of us were able to shower (my daughter had her own towel).There must have been something wrong in the basement, because there was what sounded like an industrial-sized fan running the entire time we were there. The basement was locked (understandable), so we had no way of turning it off when it came time to sleep, resulting in six very tired guests the next day.
