Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We stayed at Elks Springs Resort for 4 nights. The views from our cabin were exceptional. The cabin was just as pictured. I would stay here again. A few things to note. We are all about savings planned on eating and preparing food in the cabin. Albeit with some easy food such a pizza.... our cabin didn't have any pizza pans. Several cabins had BBQ grills or Blackstone types of grills but ours didn't have either. I was told not all cabin owners in the resort are following the rule to remove them per the Fire Marshal but the owner of our cabin is hence no BBQ grill. That sucked but we made do and still had a great stay.

Very nice cabin, everything our family of 5 needed for our vacation. Great location. Very clean and quiet. One thing was missing from this specific cabin is the grill. Also, would be nice to have some cleaning tools/supplies for a longer stay and a starter shampoo/conditioner until some are bought. I consider these minor issues and would still rate it 5 stars given how great everything else was.

Just stayed 3 nights and omg what an prefect gf had never been to the smokeys so I got us a cabin.Highly recommended and will definitely book with them from now on
