Location, location, location! 3 short blocks to the beach and Park (concerts, market, splash pad, skate park, pickleball). Quiet Neighborhood, but close to action. Walk or ride a bike to Publix, ice cream or donut shop. Take a beach chair and wagon of toys and relax at the beach. Relax on screened porch, grill fresh seafood. Kitchen is fully stocked.

This house on Oak Island was perfect for our family. We were in town for the NC4th of July Festival, and this was convenient to Southport, and within walking distance to grocery stores, pickle ball courts, eating places, the beach, and the church at the end of the block. It was great to have the beach chairs, beach towels and bikes to use, as well as the washer and dryer. Loved the screened-in porch. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, and everything was sparkling clean. Suzanne was a wonderful, helpful host. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time with our three kids. We found the house well stocked and enjoyed the bikes and beach toys. Would stay here again!

This home was amazing! The location was perfect and so many places were walkable. The host was so easy to communicate with and she allowed us access to many items for the beach which made it so much easier. The kitchen was well stocked and one of the best vrbo’s we have stayed out. Overall a 10/10!

The house was in the perfect location. 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to the splash pad. The house was perfect! All you need is yourself and clothes and sunscreen everything else is there. The host was great! We loved our stay! We found queen helmets on the beach which was so cool. So many shells on the beach! Definitely should try Paul's.
