Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 6-612. This large 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1125 sq ft condo features an open floor plan with a large private shaded lanai. Admire Honolulu Bay, sunsets, whale watching, sailboats, & more. This condo has ocean views from the lanai, living area, dining area, & kitchen. The unit can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The pool is a few steps away & there is a walk path that leads you all the way down to the resorts/beach. Kapalua Ridge Villas is coastal Luxury at its best.

Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Great place to stay for the end of our trip. It was too bad that the AC unit in the main room was not working. We could have opted to have it fixed but decided we would live without it for a week. Luckily temperatures were not soaring during our visit but by the end of the week the humidity was annoying. The Stay Aloha people were great in their communications and even dropped off batteries for the bedroom unit remote which had corroded batteries in it. My suggestion for the future would be a monthly inspection of all remotes for battery checks..this has been a constant problem with rentals (not only in Hawaii) that the batteries don’t work which renders TVs, temperature control etc. useless. Otherwise, the bed was so comfortable, the living space excellent and both the kitchen and laundry worked well!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo provided everything we needed for our time in Maui. Our family was staying in the hotels on Napili Bay, but it was nice to have more space than a hotel room. We enjoyed having a great view, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a spacious bath tub in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The positives of this property was first and foremost the view.. we were able to watch the whales from the patio and just relax and enjoy. Two nights we were “entertained” with the Hawaiian music coming from the Ritz across the fairway which was fun. The location was great. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The downside was the unit was definitely in need of maintenance which was disappointing considering the price and the description said it was recently renovated… the worst was the floor was coming up in multiple places… We let the manager know so hopefully it gets fixed.
