Excellent location. Cottage was clean, well stocked and parking was great. Host communicates quickly. Very secure area. Close to shopping, gas stations, and beaches. Was a great location to do day trips to Kittery, Portsmouth, Old Orchard Beach and Saco.

Cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable. We chose to bring our own linens, which I generally do. Nicely set up kitchen with everything needed for those that may plan on preparing some meals. Clean and well maintained. Lots of cottages in close proximity, but in September it is extremely quiet. A couple of items I had to address with owner, Devon who responded right away. Very good experience and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and the Beach Dreams community! It was perfect for my two daughters (ages 4 & 8), my husband and me. We had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool and the secure, peaceful surroundings. Thank you to our hosts for the simple and easy check in process, etc! Highly recommend!
