Description
Just 2 hours from the Mediterranean coast, the resort town of Saint Jean Montclar welcomes visitors year-round.
On-site amenities include the town hall, post office, shops, a mini-market, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a bakery, and a sports store (offering sales and rentals year-round), as well as numerous markets in the region featuring excellent local products.

The 25 m² studio with a balcony is located on the first floor of the Le Grand Pavois building, which sits at the foot of the slopes and the chairlift (summer and winter), just a short walk from the resort center, with views of the valley and the sunset.

It comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 people with a double bunk bed (120 x 190) separated from the living area (new, firm bedding) plus a 125 x 190 sofa bed (new, firm bedding).

You also have access to private parking and a ski locker on the first floor.
