This condo was sold in the winter of 2022 and the new owner did a lot of work to it to get it in pristine condition for the 2022 rental season. In March of 2022 the condo was fully painted, new furniture purchased, new bedding, all new wall decorations for a more modern, new kitchen appliance and kitchen supplies were purchased. No expense was spared.
This condo has one of the largest balconies of any 2 bedroom condo in all of Panama City Beach. It is 40 Feet long.
This Gulf Crest 2 bedroom condo has a KING size bed in the gulf front master bedroom as well as a King size bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a queen pull out couch in the living room and also a set of twin size bunk beds in an out of the way area in the living room.
Ride the high speed elevator down to choose one of the two swimming pools,two hot tubs, or the gulf with its white sand. Many excellent restaurants are nearby - Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's (my favorite), Angelos, Hamilton House, Pampanos, to name a few.
You can also go deep sea fishing or enjoy a pontoon boat rental and fish and swim in the bay. Shopping is dominated by a super Wal Mart within one mile. For snacks and Pizza- Wendy's and Pizza Hut are near.
Fishing at the Panama City Pier - about 20 minutes away - is something to experience - no license is required.
There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

We had a great stay at and would definitely consider staying here again.The condo matched the listing and photos perfectly, so there were no surprises when we arrived. I also found the existing reviews to be very accurate, which helped set the right expectations.Like most vacation rentals, the owners provide the basic starter supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, and a few laundry pods. That’s completely normal for this type of stay, so I would recommend planning to purchase anything you’ll need beyond the first couple of days.The reviews mentioning some mold in the washing machine and the master shower were also accurate. While it could certainly be improved, it honestly wasn’t a big deal for our family and didn’t impact our overall experience.The property itself is very nice, well maintained, and the views are absolutely perfect. Sitting on the balcony each morning and evening was one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, we felt like we received excellent value for what we paid. If we’re back in Panama City Beach, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean! Loved the floor and location of the unit as well. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was even some games under the TV. Balcony had plenty of space and furniture- loved the rocking chair. The only complaint was the beds were HARD. Especially the master bed, idk if my back will ever recover. I ended up having to sleep on the couch one night it finally got so bad. And for reference, I’m only 35! Other than the beds being rocks the condo was great and clean!

Condo was very nice but did show some signs of age. We ended up buying a new shower liner and some towels because the liner in the bathroom was moldy and the towels were thin. With a toddler in our group that was important to us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo size was awesome. No issues with having to wait for an elevator which can be an issue when going to PCB during prime season. Pools were also awesome….. we had double or single red flags during our entire stay so we used the pools a lot. No issues with the gate code to get into the parking lot and pool/ocean access. We loved that we had an assigned parking. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of our unit. We felt because of the fast turnover the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there. The washing machine was disgusting! The rubber seal was covered in mold! I cleaned the outside and inside of the rubber seal and what came off of it was beyond nasty! The dryer was full of sand…. Which makes me think the last people to stayed dried dirty towels full of sand and there was a pair of men’s underwear still in it. My husband had to clean out the filter in the washing machine because our clothes smelled moldy after washing them and when he did, the whole area smelled like rotten eggs. I doubt the filter had ever been cleaned. The shower also needed a good cleaning (with bleach) to get rid of the mold starting to build up. Also there was not a TV remote for the master bedroom. Overall we loved the Gulf Crest facility, but I hope the unit we stay in next time is cleaner. If I was the owner of this unit, I would not be happy to know the cleaning crew was destroying my unit by not cleaning it properly.
