A cozy 60-square-meter apartment in Trani, ideal for 3 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Overlooking the harbor, it offers a breathtaking view. Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is a marvel, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape.
