Downstairs villa of 55 m2 with private garden (deckchair, barbecue, dining area ...), one bedroom, new kitchen and spacious living room. Very quiet area 10 min walk from the city center and less than 10 min by car to access the beaches.

A space for your car is reserved for you in front of the gate (outdoor parking).
If you have bikes or other bulky items, you can put them near the shed in a shaded area.

Spoiled us with home-baked goods. A very cordial interaction. Ideal for people who like contact. Some knowledge of French is very helpful.

We enjoyed our visit and found the apartment spacious and all we needed including dishwasher and large TV. Local shops only 5 minutes away in the car , local beaches and many restaurants. It was a very quiet area.
