🚫 No pets allowed. Approved service animals permitted with advance notice and required documentation.

🚫 No smoking inside the unit. Violations subject to a $300 fine.

🔕 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors.

🅿️ One complimentary parking space included (~300 feet from building). Early arrivals may park at Mountain Top Check-In area.

🏊 Split Rock Pools (pools & hot tubs): available for a fee ($15/person/day), operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort — not included in your reservation.

🎿 Ski & bike lockers: available for rent at $15/day within the building (first-come, first-served).

📋 A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

💰 A security deposit hold of $200 is required prior to arrival and released 7 days after checkout with no deductions.

🚗 4WD or AWD strongly recommended during winter months. Download maps and check road conditions before departure — cell service may be limited on the final stretch to the resort.



Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival; no refund within 14 days of arrival.
