Guest Access:

We use self check-in. Before arrival we send you an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site but are always available by message for anything you need during your stay.

The condominium has visible security cameras located only in common areas to reinforce security; none invade guest privacy.



Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



Being in the city near nature, you may occasionally encounter birds, local dogs or small wildlife (geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outdoors.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.



For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C. Please remember to lock the front door whenever you leave.
