Great property. House was very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked with all the essentials and extras, We really enjoyed the covered deck/sitting area in the back yard with plenty of wildlife that kept us entertained morning till dark. Kids also enjoyed the back yard fire pit that was readily stocked with wood. Ower was very accessible and responsive to questions. Excellent choice...going back next year.

This property was perfect! Very clean, quiet and inviting. The furniture was comfortable, the setting was peaceful and the hosts made everything easy and stress free. We loved the deer in the backyard each morning and evening, my 7 year old was so excited to see them!

In Ohio for a family wedding, and this was the absolute perfect find for my family! So much comfier than a hotel room, this home was so perfect! It was clean, spacious, and extremely relaxing. The backyard was an outdoor oasis for wildlife, and we spent most of our time back here enjoying the scenery. Would absolutely stay again!

The host of Melvis Place has taken the time to anticipate her guests every need and more. The coffee is stocked as well as the snack jars. The back patio is serine and the covered addition makes the space even more enjoyable. Melvis place will always be our 1st choice!!
