We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a great location between the ark and creation museum. Host was very friendly and had great communication!

The pool was not open. I should have asked. That was on me for not checking the dates of when the pool opens and closes.

The hosts are very nice and responded to all communication promptly. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the house. The pool and pool area were worn, but clean and functional. The kids loved having one. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice. With some TLC the dwelling could be awesome. There were many things that were worn and need attention. (I took pictures of many of them.) The furniture is worn, but clean. The carpets are older, but also clean. The kitchen is stocked, but we found dirty utensils in the drawer. Most of the furnishings are worn and the decor is skeletal, at best. The beds were good. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and I feel like I am giving an accurate description of what we found. The owners seem like nice people and I hope they will pay attention to the ways in which they can upgrade their rental.
