With a capacity of 6 people, the apartment is distributed as follows:

- The entrance hall opens directly onto the large living room composed of a living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine)
- Guest toilet.
- Bedroom 1: large bedroom with Queen size bed (160 * 200), shower room
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds (90*200).
- Bedroom 3: Bedroom with Queen Size bed, (160 * 200).
- Shower room with WC for these last two bedrooms

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with WIFI.

OUTSIDE
The terrace of the apartment is furnished with outdoor garden table, deck chair and electric plancha overlooking the 50 m2 garden.
The residence gives tenants the opportunity to use the swimming pool, the tennis courts as well as the pool house and the bowling alley.
Outdoor sun loungers and showers are also available by the communal pool.

Possibility to park two cars in the residence. The estate is secure with gate and digicode.
