À propos de cette location de vacances
A lovely villa with a large infinity pool, surrounded by greenery and a small stream. The town is conveniently located, not far from downtown—you can walk there. Downtown, you’ll find tobacco shops, restaurants, bakeries, and the historic center of Vence... For hiking enthusiasts, the Baou hills are nearby. From the villa, you have a view of the famous Château Saint-Martin. By car or bus, you can reach the Polygone Riviera shopping center in 15 minutes, and from there, it’s another 15-minute drive to the nearest beaches. It’s just a 25-minute drive to Nice, 40 minutes to Monaco, and 20 to 30 minutes to Antibes and Cannes. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

The house is divided on 3 floors. 4 toilets and 3 showers (1 without hot water). 4 seperate bedrooms. 1 bedroom in the basement with only small window and little fresh air. Good kitchen area with outside BBQ. About 10 minute drive from Vence centre. Quite basic.
