Welcome to the Hansaresidenz I vacation complex in Scharbeutz.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its restaurants and boutiques, are just a short walk away. The “Sonnentraum” vacation apartment attracts beachgoers and sunbathers with its location near the beach (just 80 meters away) and a south-facing balcony perfect for sunbathing.
The modern 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers 50 m² of space for up to 4 people. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator or a staircase. The light-filled living room, with its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, features a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), a DVD player, a TV, a dining area for 4 people, and a bar counter.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it a pleasant place to cook.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The modern bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities.
The building has a washing machine and dryer for shared use. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available.
