This stylish and modern 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz was recently completely renovated. It is located on the first floor/mezzanine level in a quiet cul-de-sac and is comfortably furnished for 2–4 people.

The bright living room features a dining area with a view of a small wooded area, a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system: a radio/CD/MP3/USB sound system with Bluetooth functionality, e.g., for connecting an iPhone or iPod. The separate, individually furnished small kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave-oven combination, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and other appliances. A beautiful view of the greenery rounds out the picture. The bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed, 1.60 m x 2.00 m) also features a flat-screen TV and a small reading nook. From there, you can look out onto the spacious balcony.

The high-quality shower room with a bidet, as well as the bright, small hallway, complete the beach house character of this apartment.
It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, near the new spa park and the Dünenmeile (Gosch, Café Wichtig).
